Maxjoseph: Volksmusik - Vertrautes und Fremdes

The four young musicians of "Maxjoseph" realise their very own idea of folk music. They combine elements of folk music with jazz harmonies, classical music with pulsating rhythms and the familiar with the unfamiliar. Traditions are thus softened in order to create progressive folk music through a symbiosis of this diverse music and the unique sound of the instrumentation with tuba, guitar, violin and Styrian harmonica.
